Terms and Conditions for Taylor Made Kreations LLC

Welcome to Taylor Made Kreations LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our custom apparel and craft products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Custom Orders & Design Approval

  • Proof Approval: For all custom orders, a digital proof or mockup will be provided. Production will not begin until the customer provides written approval of the design.
  • Accuracy: Taylor Made Kreations LLC is not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, color choice, or placement once a proof has been approved by the customer.

2. Customer-Provided Content & Photos

  • Ownership: By submitting or uploading logos, graphics, or photos, you represent that you own the intellectual property rights to that content or have explicit permission to use it.
  • Photo Privacy: Personal designs containing photos will not be uploaded to our website or social media for promotional purposes without the explicit consent of the customer.
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains copyrighted material, trademarks, or content we deem offensive or inappropriate.

3. Production & Shipping

  • Turnaround Time: Standard production time is approximately [Insert Number] business days from the date of design approval.
  • Shipping: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) or for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom Merchandise: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales of custom items are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is physically defective or the customization significantly differs from the approved proof.
  • Claims: Any claims for defective items must be submitted via email to TaylorMadeKreations2020@gmail.com within [7] days of delivery.

 

5. Product Variations

  • Color Matching: Due to variations in monitor settings and garment dye lots, we cannot guarantee an exact 100% color match between digital proofs and the final physical product.
  • Embroidery/Print Spoilage: A small margin of variation is inherent in custom production. Minor inconsistencies that do not affect the overall integrity of the design are considered acceptable industry standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

Taylor Made Kreations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the order in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prince George's County, MD.
