Thank you for choosing Taylor Made Kreations LLC. We take pride in every custom piece we create. Please review our policies below regarding how we get your items to you and our guidelines for returns and refunds.
Order Processing Times
- Standard Items: Orders for non-customized items are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
- Custom & Embroidered Orders: Because our custom items are made-to-order, please allow 7–14 business days for production before your item is shipped.
- Note: Processing times may increase during peak seasons or for large group orders (e.g., Super Drill Weekends).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Domestic Shipping: We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $100.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- We are not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
