Currently TMK uses USPS for all shipments. If you would like to request a different delivery method please email taylormadekreations2020@gmail.com

There is a no return policy for any custom items. Should TMK be at fault after going through the customazation process and the mock ups approved were not what was received, TMK will work with you to coordinate a return via USPS for full return or a remake of your item.

Currently we do not provide International Delivery at this time. We are looking to improve our shipment process and see how we can provide our services internationally.

Items made by Taylor Made Kreations are usually customized products and are free of material defect at the time of shipping, there is no return or exchange on any item(s). Please inspect your items upon delivery, if for some reason we have missed a problem, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days, no replacements will be given. Vinyl colors can vary, and we are not able to return or redo any item for mistakes with your order or if you are not happy with the way the color looks. Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from images shown due to monitor and screen settings. ALL decals are measured per inch and cut at a standard for the size of garment or item you order. Taylor Made Kreations is NOT responsible if you are not happy with the font, size (of clothing or decals), or color you chose. Personalized items are final sale. Taylor Made Kreations provides a mock up or proof of your design and items prior to final completion in which the buyer will agree to.
